Losun Aluminum is a comprehensive aluminum profile factory, specializing in developing, designing and manufacturing aluminum extrusion profiles. We own 6 extrusion lines and one professional team to service foreign trade market.
With about 20years experience, our factory is already among China's advanced and leading companies in aluminum profiles on architectural, decorative and industrial purposes. With an annual output of around 5 thousand tons, anodizing, powder coating, polishing profiles and CNC components are our popular and hot selling products for all the time long.
We keep ability on customized products developement to meet clients' unique demands, especially complexed fabrication as holes, thread, punching, precise cutting, bending, anodizing, other surface treatment, and CNC treatment. Factory are with our fabrication machining center. Continuious improvements and pursuit of perfect are our belief. On-time delivery
We have enough production capacity to meet the customers' order demands, and the skilled opreration with logistics ensures shipment well organized and on time. Keeping Lead time is one of our main daily aspects.
Quality Control
There are serious internal system in design, improvements, producing and packing no mater on accessories or on-stop-solution products. The general optimal error range is not more than 1%, and we are with complete system of corrective and preventive action（CAPA）upon clients' claim in after-sales system. The products will be passed the quality inspection before delivery. Customers can inspect the goods personally or entrust the third party to auditing goods before delivery
Customer Packaging
Our standard packing is protect profile by foam sheet or PE bags, then in brown master carton to keep goods in well protection conditions. For trolley unloading, we also can offer additional pallets, wooden rack, even wooden box packing outside upon client unique demands. Of course, customized packing is also welcomed.
